The website is hosted by Karedess Cloud (SARL S3BO5, Mulhouse, France) on servers located in France (OVH SAS).
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): when you submit it, Cloudflare checks technical data about your connection (IP address, browser) to make sure the message comes from a person. Cloudflare also uses this data, as an independent controller, to improve its bot detection.
Cloudflare may process some technical data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which this company has joined.
We keep your messages for 3 years after our last contact, then delete them.
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to sandra@aloman.coach or by post to Aloman Coaching & Consulting, 15 rue de Sefrou, 68730 Blotzheim, France. We will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). Where we use your data with your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
